It looks like I'm not going to get to do the Blogger Outreach for Nonprofits Workshop that I proposed to a local nonprofit educational program, at least, not for that program.
On the plus side, it did inspire the lady running the program to consider a panel on technology for nonprofits on which she would include me as a blogging resource. So proposing the workshop is leading in a positive direction but I really wanted to see what would happen once I started sharing my ideas and seeing what folks thought.
I'll see where this goes. Hopefully something will emerge from the panel that will lead to connections with local nonprofits. Since folks don't know me and everybody's struggling in the current environment, it may take a while to find people that can use what I have to offer, even if I'm currently offering it for free.
